The group is now expanding into the budget hotel sector where we will identify buildings in prime key locations which will be suitable for hotel use. The key to the operation will excellent transport links which will make the occupancy perform at excellent rate.
The group is looking at existing buildings to be converted or acquire sites and build them out. Once complete we will appoint a well established operator to run the operations either on a lease or management contract. The group will also consider acquiring existing hotels for investments which are let on long leases.
