Westcombe Founder and Chairman, Vraj Pankhania, was proud to be named Social Entrepreneur of the Year, at the recent GG2 Leadership and Diversity Awards ceremony.
Now in its 23rd year, the GG2 Leadership and Diversity Awards gala dinner is the leading event celebrating the success of ethnic communities in Britain. The award was presented to Vraj for Westcombe Foundation’s work building schools and hospitals in India, Nepal and Kenya, and donations of vital medical equipment to help cancer patients in developing countries.
The evening was an inspirational showcase of the work of remarkable people and their exceptional achievements, and guests at the gala dinner raised funds for refugees of the Ukranian conflict.
