The proposed new Novotel in Manchester is superbly location just a few minute’s walk from Old Trafford football and cricket grounds, less than ten minutes from the tram station and under three miles from the city centre.
Alongside 37 new apartments, the hotel will offer 167 guest rooms, three restaurants and a rooftop bar, affording views towards the football stadium and city centre. Flexible public areas will be available for guests to enjoy, including a ‘work zone’ with easily located power points and free Wi-Fi available throughout. The hotel is expected to open in 2027.
